J’aime les enfants et leur résilience, ainsi que la nature incroyablement variée de notre travail, qui commence dans le ventre de la mère et qui se termine à l’âge adulte. J’aime expliquer les problèmes et les solutions possibles, tant aux enfants et aux familles qu’aux résidents, aux infirmières et aux autres membres du personnel soignant. J’aime relever le défi de trouver des solutions à des problèmes nouveaux ou complexes.
